We offer VET teachers, trainers and school staff the opportunity to observe innovative vocational teaching practices and experience international collaboration in real institutional settings. This is a flexible 2–5 day program, ideal for Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility.

It is open to VET teachers and trainers, department heads, school leaders, administrative staff and non-teaching personnel from vocational education and training centers. The program includes classroom and workshop observations, job shadowing of teaching and non-teaching roles, professional exchanges with local VET staff, structured reflection sessions, and study visits to relevant educational and sector-related institutions.

Participants will also enjoy two guided cultural tours of Barcelona and receive a Certificate of Participation, Training Certificate, and Europass Certificate, along with full organizational and local support throughout their stay.
