We offer university staff the opportunity to observe innovative higher-education practices and build international collaboration with Spanish universities. This flexible 2–5 day programme is ideal for Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility and welcomes both academic and administrative profiles (e.g., lecturers, researchers, coordinators, international office, student services, quality assurance, admissions).

SpainBcn-Programs provides a structured job shadowing programme, including dedicated staff time, mentoring, coordination, materials, and organisational support. The programme can be tailored to each participant’s needs and objectives, and may combine different areas of expertise to match the requested focus.
