ABOUT OUR SPANISH SCHOOL IN BARCELONA
SpainBcn-Programs in Barcelona is a total immersion Spanish language school located in the very center of Barcelona, between the main avenues of Rambla Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia, in Consell de Cent street. Just at the corner there are several of the Modernist buildings that make our city different, beautiful and original and there are just 5 minutes walking distance to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the most popular and croweded parts of Barcelona.
Our Spanish courses are designed to quickly develop fluency in the Spanish language for both individual students and groups of all ages and levels of experience. You have here a few pictures of our laguage school in Barcelona.
At SpainBcn we not only offer the opportunity to learn the Spanish language, but students participate in many cultural and historical programs. These programs can also be offered to those who just want to learn more about our beautiful and culturally rich country.
SpainBcn also offers many programs that combine Sports camps and Summer Camps specially to those junior and teens students who want to learn and improve their Spanish while having fun and practicing their favourite sport.
For more than 12 years, SpainBcn has been organizing fantastic Summer Programs for young students so, in June and July until middle August, we only accept young students in our programs as all our summer programs are specially designed for them.
These youth programs are also fully supervised.
During the winter and spring breaks, SpainBcn offers customized Cultural and Linguistic Programs for groups of all ages.
According to the requests of each group coordinators, our Educational programs for young students can combine Cultural visits and activities, sport camps, community servises, excursions and beach with the Spanish lessons or with the Cultural Program.
The accommodation for the group can be organized with carefully selected Spanish host families located earby our school or in students' residence or in a Hotel.
Actually one of the strongest points of our programs for young students is the homestay with our nice host families. We have a big group of host families who like to colaborate with our programs for teenagers and love to have students from different countries in their home, taking care of them for a few days. We are very proud of them as all our students are always very happy with their host family.
ABOUT THE SpainBcn School OWNERS:
Born, raised, educated, living and working in Barcelona, Miriam and M.Angeles met while earning their law degrees at the University of Barcelona.
Soon, they decided to found SpainBcn in 1997. What was originally a nice Spanish Language School in the very center of Barcelona became very soon an efficient organization, SpainBcn-Programs in Barcelona, specialized in customized programs for groups and a carefully selected home stay in Barcelona. SpainBcn-Summer Camps and SpainBcn-Teen Programs in Barcelona are specialized in fantastic Summer programs for children and teenagers students, and offer the perfect combination of Spanish Immersion & Cultural Programs and Sport Camps for young students in Barcelona.
SpainBcn is Angeles and Miriam's personal project and they feel proud of making it the best of its kind. They are at the SpainBcn School every day to satisfy your needs and take care of all details of your program.
Their personal relationship with the teachers, the host families and soccer coaches and tennis coaches can be, often, traced back for generations and guarantee, always, the quality of our programs.

ABOUT OUR SPANISH TEACHERS:
SpainBCN teachers are all native Spanish speakers with a university degree. We are professional language teachers since 1997.
All teachers have an extensive experience in teaching Spanish to non-native Spanish speakers as well as a special training in teaching Spanish as foreing language.
We like our job and we always try to do our best to make sure the students enjoy and learn at the same time.
