SOCCER CAMP with SPANISH IMMERSION & CULTURAL SUMMER PROGRAM
IN BARCELONA FOR YOUNG STUDENTS

 This is a Spanish Immersion supervised Summer Program designed to provide young students
who love soccer the chance to improve their soccer skills and their Spanish.
We provide professional high-level professional soccer training combined with quality Spanish language instruction and guided cultural routes and excursions to beautiful places to enjoy the Mediterranean coast.
Participants will also enjoy a homestay program that includes scheduled Spanish lessons at SpainBCN Spanish School, sightseeing and cultural activities in Barcelona during the day to get the most from the Spanish way of life. In the evening, students return to their Spanish host families  to enjoy dinner and quality time. All meals are included in the program.
At SpainBCN school participants of the Soccer Program will attend the Cultural Program and/or the Spanish lessons (all levels) according to their optional program.
Arrival and departure transfers from/to Barcelona airport are included for those interested.
PROFESSIONAL SOCCER TRAINING
Professional Soccer Camp in Barcelona.
Professional coaches from one of the official Soccer Clubs of Barcelona.
AGES:
Soccer training is available for boys and girls from 9 to 17-18 years old.  International students, participants both male and female play soccer with groups of Spanish players, according to their age and level of soccer.
DATES:
From the last week of June through the end of July, new participants join the SpainBCN Soccer Summer Camp in Barcelona every Monday. Players may join the progam for 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
ARRIVAL DATES/DEPARTURE DATES OF PROGRAM
The students have to arrive in Barcelona on Sunday or Saturday. Programs start on Monday so these 2 days of acommodations and meals are already included in the program. Those students who arrive before Saturday have to pay per the extra night/s of accommodation and day/s of program. Departure day of the program is Sunday, so those students leaving later have to pay per extra night/s of accommodation and day/s of program.
SUPERVISED PROGRAM:
SpainBCN Summer Programs for young students are supervised: bilingual directors 24/7. The students group is accompanied throughout the program by, at least, 1 of the SpainBCN Directors and some of the SpainBCN teachers. Carefully selected host families take good care of SpainBCN students. However, teen participants must be mature and serious in purpose. First medical care is available at the soccer camp.

 SPANISH LESSONS:
Spanish lessons in the afternoons for those participants interested in learning or improving their Spanish. Students are organized in classes according to their level. All levels. Professional Spanish Teachers, native of Spain.
HOMESTAY
Homestay accommodation with carefully selected Spanish families located in the same school area
This is a supervised program. Curfews will be strictly enforced (please see below). Accommodation in a students' residence is available for those groups traveling with a coordinator.
MEALS
The program includes all meals, as follows: Breakfast with the family: 8 a.m.-9.45 a.m.;
Lunch at SpainBCN school, after daily Soccer training.; Dinner with the family, everyday: 9 -9:30 p.m. Weekend meal schedules vary depending on activity. On Sunday there is not any scheduled activitie, so students have a free day to enjoy
by themselves or with their host family.
CURFEWS:
Students under 18 are not allowed to be away from their home in Barcelona overnight (after 11,30) and curfews will be strictly enforced.
A student bad behaviour may then result in the school contacting the parent or guardian to inform them that the parents/guardians must speak with their child directly.
** Parents or guardians who want to permit their children to go out during the night need to send us a formal permission slip explaining what days students can go out and when he/she must return.
