How to enroll: WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING...HURRY UP!!!!

First step: Contact us at summerbarcelona@spainbcn.com to get information about your program with us. We'll be also glad to answer any question you have regarding the program or your dates of stay with us.

Second step: Fill up and send to us by e-mail the "INSCRIPTION FORM".
Contact us to receive your "Inscription Form", fill it up and send it back to us by e-mail to summerbarcelona@spainbcn.com
Once we receive it, as soon as possible, we will get back to you .

Third Step: Fill up and send to us by e-mail the"HOST FAMILY QUESTIONNAIRE".
We need to select a nice Spanish host family for you according to your preferences and dates of stay, so we'll send you by e-mail the "Host Family Questionaire"
Please fill it up and send it back to us also by e-mail as soon as you can.
Booking your host family in advance will alow us to select and assign a host family for you that matches your preferences as much as possible.

* Participants are placed alone with the host family or together at the same host family with 1 or 2 other participants of our Summer Program according to their choice.

When you fill up the "HOST FAMILY QUESTIONNAIRE" include as much information about you as you want. We'll do our best to place you with the host family that better matches your preferences and requests. We need this information to start organizing our host families accommodation for the participants of our summer programs (dates, needs, requests, allergies, to be placed alone or with friend/s, etc.)

Fourth Step: PAYMENT of your program.
Contact us to receive information about payment.
Payment can be done by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Your place in the program is not guarateed until your program is not paid in full.
Early Bird Prices finish on March 1st.
Last day to enroll in the program is June 6th.

Fith Step: You will receive by e-mail a "Booking Confirmation" as soon as the payment is done.
"PROGRAM INFORMATION" Complete and detailed information about your SpainBcn-Program in Barcelona this summer 2012 will be also sent to you a few days later.

CALENDAR OF ENROLLMENT
December 10th: Registration Opening Day!
We are now accepting! Enroll as soon as possible to take advantage of the "Eary Bird Prices" and guarantee your host family accommodation.
March 1st: final day for the Early Bird Pricing.
To take advantage of the early bird pricing the program has to be paid in full by March 1st, 2012.

June 25th: Full payment has to be received to participate in the Summer Program.

THE PROGRAM PRICE INCLUDES
1.-) Carefully selected Spanish host family accommodation in Barcelona;
2.-) Tennis Camp and Tennis instruction;
3.-) T-shirt or bag of the SpainBcn-Summer Programs in Barcelona;
4.-) Spanish Course and/or Cultural Program according to the participant's option of Tennis Program;
5.-) Participant's Airport/train pick up/drop off on arrival and departure dates (upon request);
6.-) Breakfast and dinner, daily, at the host family, 3 meals on Sunday at the host family and picnic or package-lunch provided by the SpainBCN School for the excursion days and beach days;
7.-) All transportation needed for the Cultural activities, visits and excursions included in the program;
8.-) Supervised program with SpainBCN Directors and coordinators available for the students 24/7.;
9.-) Certificate of Studies at the end of the program (upon request).
