We are looking forward to greeting you in Barcelona,
whether this will be your first summer with us, or if you are returning.
HOW TO START YOUR ENROLLMENT IN THE SpainBCN SOCCER PROGRAM,
SUMMER 2010:
Once you make your decision, please fill up the enrollment form you will find at the end of this page and send it through the internet.
Just fill up the form with the information you have at the moment (for example, to send your enrollment form it's not neccesary that you already know the exact dates of stay but we would need to know your approximate dates of stay in Barcelona in order for us to pre-book a nice host family for you on those dates and also your place in the camp).
Very soon, after we receive your application in the program, we will send a "Host Family Questionnaire" by e-mail to those students who want us to provide them with a nice host family accommodation in Barcelona.
Please fill it up and send it back to us also by e-mail.
We need thi information to start organizing our host families accommodation for Summer 2010.
Please include your dates of stay (as exact as you can if you do not have yet your plane tickets) and also include any special request you may have regarding your host family accommodation: alergies, type of food you can not eat, if you want to be accommodate with another participant/s of the program, preferences, etc.
We will do our best to match your preferences when selecting your host family in Barcelona for this summer. PROGRAM DATES IN 2010
First week of Soccer Program will begin on Monday June 28
Second week of Soccer Program will begin on Monday July 5th
Three week of Soccer Program will begin on Monday July 11th
Fourth week of Soccer Program will begin on Monday July 19th
Fith week of Soccer Program will begin on Monday July 26th
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS:
Sundays are the arrival and the departure days for the participants.
Those students who are flying from outside Europe so they may need 1 day to recover from the jetlag, can also arrive on Saturday.
In this case the program accommodation on Saturday is covered by the program fee.
Sundays are the departure days for most of the participants of our summer programs as every Saturday the program includes a 1 day excursion out of Barcelona.
If a participant needs to arrive in Barcelona before Saturday or Sunday and needs to leave from Barcelona later than Sunday, there will be an extra cost per each day of program and accommodation.
HOST FAMILY QUESTIONNARIE:
Booking your host family in advance will alow us to select and assign a host family for you that matches your preferences as much as possible.
We do not send you information about your host family until the program dates come closer (approximately 1 month earlier). We ask you to please not ask us for this information.
Retuning students who wish to be placed with the same host family or wish to be changed should make requests as soon as possible.
When we send you the information about your assigned host family you will receive complete information about them: their location, distance from the school, detailed description of the family members,
their pictures, e-mails and phone to contact them, etc.
SPANISH COURSE in Summer 2010:
When program's dates get closer (1 or 2 weeks before your arrival) we will send you by e-mail an exam of Spanish in order for us to organize the groups, classes and the learning material
the students will use at SpainBCN School this summer.
Please fill up the test (without looking into your Spanish books) and send it back to us by e-mail. Thank you!

CALENDAR OF PAYMENT FOR THE PROGRAM FEE
1st. of December 2009: Registration Opening Day!
We will start processing the enrolments that arrive through internet.
26th of February 2010 (Friday): final day for the Early Bird Pricing.
To take advantage of the early bird pricing the program has to be paid in full by the last day of February 2010.
4th of June 2010 (Friday): Full payment Due for Summer Program 2010

PROGRAM FEE INCLUDES
1.-) Carefully selected Spanish host family accommodation in Barcelona;
2.-) Soccer Camp and Soccer instruction;
3.-) 2 t-shirts and 1 pant of the Soccer Club per week of program;
4.-) Spanish Course and/or Cultural Program according to the participant's option of Soccer Program;
5.-) Participant's Airport/train pick up/drop off on arrival and departure dates (upon request);
6.-) Breakfast and dinner, daily, at the host family, 3 meals on Sunday at the host family and picnic or package-lunch provided by the SpainBCN School for the excursion days and beach days;
7.-) All transportation needed for the Cultural activities, visits and excursions included in the program;
8.-) Supervised program with SpainBCN Directors and coordinators available for the students 24/7.;
9.-) Certificate of Studies and Program at the end (upon request).
